The Journal of College and University Law

The Journal of College and University Law, a peer-reviewed online journal published by the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA), is the only law review in the United States dedicated exclusively to the law of higher education. It has a national circulation of 4,900.

Postsecondary educational institutions are complex organizations that navigate complicated regulatory, statutory, and common law legal regimes. However, they also encounter unique legal issues, such as academic freedom, as well as major legal and policy issues of our time, including racial and gender equality and freedom of speech and religion. The Journal has an illustrious editorial board composed of academics and university general counsel. The JCUL Editorial Board plays an active role in the solicitation and review of articles.

The views expressed herein are attributed to their authors and not to this publication, the National Association of College and University Attorneys.
