The Association is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of four elected officers: Chair, Chair-Elect (who serve one-year terms), Secretary, and Treasurer (who serve three-year terms). The other members of the Board include the immediate Past Chair and eighteen Members-at-Large (who each serve three-year terms), for a total of 23 Board Members.
